As both your team and client load grow with your business, you quickly waste too much time in sending emails back and forth scheduling appointments.
Here are 3 scheduling tools to consider incorporating into your business.
- Doodle – When you have multiple parties needing to coordinate a meeting date/time, you can use doodle to poll everyone. You select date/times that work for you and send a link to your doddle poll to all other team members. You can quickly determine which date/time everyone can make. Doodle integrates with MeetMe mentioned below.
- TimeTrade – You can simplify appointment scheduling for your clients by using appointment scheduling software. TimeTrade is just one option out of many. FullSlate and ScheduleOnce (aka MeetMe) are two additional scheduling tools to consider. You set the calendar to indicate when you are available for appointments and you client can select a date and time that works with their schedule. Depending on the system you select, you can set it to send reminders and custom follow up emails as needed. Efficiently keep all your calendars up to date by selecting a system that coordinates with your main calendar. For example, if you rely on google calendar to manage your schedule, select a tool that works with google calendar. It’s ideal to be able to update your schedule in one location and have it update all locations.
- SalesForce – If you have a large number of one-on-one clients, it can become overwhelming to manage who is ready for what session with you, where they are in regards to their custom payment plan, what is the next step they need to take to continue their work with you…it can get to be a lot. Spreadsheets only work so well. You may get to a point you need a dedicated Customer Relationship Management tool. I have not worked with SalesForce, but sharing with you as an example of the type of tool I’m highlighting.
