In order to run a business that moves seamlessly from one marketing activity to the next, you must plan ahead. This allows for increased organization, improved systems and processes, greater customer satisfaction, and reduced feelings of overwhelm for you as your business grows and evolves.
So often, as a business owner, you get caught up in the day-to-day operations and don’t have time to focus on what truly brings you joy…and generates revenue.
Project projection allows you to map out your business plan for the next 4-12 months so we can coordinate

- not to mention your vacations…and avoid overwhelm.
Stat Analytics
Stat analytics ensures you have a system in place for tracking your marketing activities so you have the data you need to evaluate what is working and what isn’t to allow you to course correct when needed and keep your business moving in the right direction.
Task Calendar
This is where I connect all the little details to the big picture project projection to confirm all tasks that need to happen, can and will happen on the desired timeline to meet your launch and marketing goals. I outline all tasks involved, the date each task needs to be completed, and who is responsible…think detailed and color coded task calendar.
Once the task calendar is complete, you and I will review and adjust as needed so you can trust all the details have been thought of as we move forward.
Team Management
You don’t have to do everything yourself to get it right!
Once we’ve agreed upon the task calendar, I coordinate with team members to review upcoming launches and tasks specific to each team member. This may take place during set team meetings or individually with team members.
I follow up regularly with team members providing reminders for upcoming tasks and obtaining status update on current tasks to make certain all aspects of the launch and/or marketing plan are handled as needed.
A project management system, yours or mine (TeamWorkPM), will keep launch tasks, plus regular recurring tasks, organized and allow collaboration between team members. The system will be used to assign tasks to responsible team members, team communication, and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
This will allow you to stop getting caught up in the day to day operations of your business. I’m a systematic thinker and here to help you with program launches, JV management, and day-to-day marketing management so the important details don’t slip through the cracks. We will plan ahead, map out the details, and implement a system so you can trust all the day to day pieces are being handled and you can better leverage your time to convert new clients, create new programs and generate revenue.

The Process:
I don’t accept clients I have not worked with before. In other words, I need to know you, your business, and your team before I commit to you at this level.
If you are interested in working together I encourage you to hire me for a specific project, such as a summit, program launch, preview call, or challenge. This will allow each of us to get to know one another, our working style, and confirm we are a good match.
I only work with 2-3 clients in this capacity at one time. This is to ensure I provide the high level quality service you seek.
