Virtual Summit Management
The Purpose:
Virtual summit management ensures an organized task calendar with all project details planned out in advance to deliver a successful event for you (the host), the participants, and your guest speakers.
The Package:
Task Calendar
There are many tasks that must be completed on a set timeline in order to bring your event vision into reality.
As your summit manager, I outline all tasks involved, the date each task needs to be completed, and who is responsible…think detailed and color coded task calendar.
Team Management
Hosting a summit requires a team, such as a copywriter, web developer, virtual assistant, graphic designer, and transcriptionist.
I coordinate with all team members to answer questions, provide examples, and ensure everything is moving forward on schedule.
Guest Speaker Facilitation
Once you confirm your guest speakers, there are details you need from them…within a set timeframe…in order to keep the team moving forward. As the summit manager I coordinate with your guest speakers (or their assistant) to ensure all needed information is received, answer questions, and provide any needed reminders to ensure participation in your event is a smooth, rewarding experience and make certain guest speakers fulfill any agreement you may have in regards to their event participation.
Experience
I thoroughly enjoy managing virtual events, such as virtual summits, and first started doing so back in 2010. Since then I’ve managed 50+ virtual events.
As your summit manager, I come armed with best practices, strategies, and ideas you can use (or not) as you decide what is the right approach to hit your target numbers when it comes to summit guests, design, and more.
The Details:
A project management system will keep the summit tasks organized and allow collaboration between team members. The system will be used to assign tasks to responsible team members, team communication, and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
